Kemal Erman - Board Member
He was born in Istanbul in 1965. After graduating from Lycée Français Privé Saint-Joseph Istanbul, he had his BS degree in Electronics and Telecommunication at Istanbul Technical University. In 1991, he achieved his MS degree in the same area at the same institute and also completed the “Contemporary Business Management” MBA program at Marmara University. During 1989-1990, he worked as a Research Department Engineer at Empa Co.Inc. During 1990-1998, He worked for Netaş starting initially as a Digital Hardware Design Engineer and continuing in the Sales department as a Project Executive and the Country Manager of Morocco. After working at Gantek as the Telecom Sales Consultant and Manager, he resumed his career at New Technologies, Wireless Broadband and 3G Project Management units of Turkcell Communication Services Co. Inc. in various positions including Specialist, Chief and Department Executive during 1999-2007. Then he worked as the Experienced Network Director at Avea Telecommunication Services Co. Inc. from 2007 to 2009 and later became the Head of the Strategy Planning Department at Vodafone Turkey. Kemal Erman still works as the Customer Principal in the Middle East Region at Ericsson.

Prof. Doğan ALTUNER – Board Member
He is graduated from Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Economics in 1970 at Ankara University. At the same year,He has worked about a year at the General Directorate of the Treasury in Ministry of Economy and studied abroad for master degree at USA. In 1974 . He has studied hıs master degree in Business Finance and Investment at George Washington Univesity and started his Phd at Chapel Hill Univesity . He has completed his Phd degree in the field of corporate finance and risk management in international firms from the University of North Carolina School of Business in 1978.
After the eight years of teaching at East Carolina Univesity, he has been awarded with Tenure.
In the years of 1987-1990, he has worked as a chief financial analyst in Nato at Naples,Italy and back to Turkey in the year of 1990.
For many years he was a faculty member of Marmara and Yeditepe University and conducted his academic studies on Business Finance, Accounting, Investment and Portfolio Management, options and other derivative instruments and risk management.
Dr. Altuner got his Professor title in 1992 from Marmara Univesity and served three years as a dean at faculty of economics and administrative sciences. He is the founder of Yeditepe MBA programe. At the moment he is the faculty member of Yasar University. He has numerous publications and projects in Business Finance. He is a member of Easthern Finance Association, Southern Finance Association, Financial Management Association also he is also the senior member of Stock Market Investors Association of Turkey and Büyük Kulüp.

Gökhan Gürok – Board Member
Gökhan Gürok, who was born in Malatya in 1973, graduated from Malatya Anatolian Highschool and completed his graduate education at Marmara University Law School in 2000. After completing his internship at Istanbul Bar Association, he founded the Gurok Law Office in 2002 and he still works as a private attorney in the this company. He is married and has two children. His specialty is in trade law, join-stock companies and capital market and minority rights. Since 2004, he has been the attorney of Turkish Shareholders Association – BORYAD and has been consulting the shareholders about legal issues. He is also a board member in BORYAD since 2010.
